Setup

  1. 1Ten two-yard gates scattered randomly in a 28 x 28 yards area.
  2. 2Mark five-yard channels down both touchlines with flat cones.
  3. 3A ball each, bibs for any defenders.

  • -Touch into the gate, not at it
  • -Change speed after each gate
  • -Attack the outside shoulder and deliver early rather than over-dribbling

Common mistakes

  • -Following the player in front
  • -Big touches through crowded gates
  • -Everything funnelling into a crowded middle
