Refund Policy
Last updated 27 September 2026. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
1. What your subscription provides
Football Coach Hub provides subscribers with access to the platform, content, resources, tools and features included in their selected subscription plan for the applicable subscription period. Access may begin immediately following purchase.
2. Ordinary cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, without contacting us. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal. Your access will normally continue until the end of the current period for which you have paid. Cancelling an ordinary subscription does not normally entitle you to a refund or credit for unused time.
3. Monthly subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, cancelling part way through a monthly billing period does not normally result in a refund for the remaining days.
4. Annual subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, cancelling part way through an annual subscription period does not normally result in a pro-rata refund for unused months. There is no early-cancellation fee.
5. Free trials
If you start a free trial you are not charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the price shown at checkout.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel, receive a refund, obtain a price reduction or another remedy, Football Coach Hub will comply with those requirements. Where the law permits Football Coach Hub to retain payment or make a reduced refund because content or services have already been supplied, Football Coach Hub will do so. To exercise a statutory cancellation right, use the "I wish to exercise my statutory cancellation rights" link on your dashboard or contact us. You do not need to give a reason and no cancellation fee applies.
7. Faulty content, service problems and payment errors
If content or the service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under consumer law. Duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded.
8. Goodwill refunds
Football Coach Hub may, at its discretion, provide goodwill refunds in appropriate circumstances. A goodwill refund does not create a contractual entitlement to future refunds.
9. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
