  2. 2. The same gate cannot be used twice in a row.
  3. 3. Between rounds players share the route that worked best.
  4. 4. Ball enters from the coach and the first receiver is on two touches from that moment.
  5. 5. Count completed sequences under the touch limit — best of three 3-minute rounds.

Setup

  1. 1Ten two-yard gates scattered randomly in a 22 x 22 yards area.
  2. 2Place a marker at every receiving position so players know where to set the ball before it arrives.
  3. 3A ball each, bibs for any defenders.

  • -First touch out of the feet and into the direction of the next pass

  • -Taking a settling touch that kills the tempo
