1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and optional club or team name. If you subscribe to Premium, payments are handled by our payment provider and we never store your card details.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the service: saving drills and sessions, personalising recommendations, managing your subscription and sending important service emails.
3. Saved drills and sessions
Favourites, saved drills and session plans are linked to your account so you can access them on any device. In the current demo they are stored locally in your browser only.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and anonymous analytics to understand which features coaches use most. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, email and payment processing partners.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Email hello@footballcoachhub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's data
Football Coach Hub is for coaches aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about the players you coach; please avoid entering player names or personal details.
