Terms & Conditions

1. About Football Coach Hub
Football Coach Hub is an online platform for grassroots football coaches, offering a drill library, session planning, matchday tools and coaching resources. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or over and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
3. Subscription plans
Your subscription provides access to the Football Coach Hub platform, content, resources, tools and features included in your selected plan for the applicable subscription period. You are purchasing access for that period, not individual pieces of content based on usage. The free plan includes one session plan per month and the free drill selection.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are charged in advance and automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. Ordinary cancellation does not normally result in a refund or credit for unused time in the current monthly period. Your access normally continues until the end of the period for which you have paid. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
5. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are charged in advance and provide access for the applicable 12-month subscription period. You may cancel at any time to prevent the subscription from renewing for another annual period. Ordinary cancellation does not normally result in a refund or credit for unused months of the current annual subscription period. Your access normally continues until the end of the period for which you have paid. There is no early-cancellation fee. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
6. Pricing
Current prices are Coach Access £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year, and Club Access £29.99 per month, including any applicable taxes. The price, billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before you pay.
7. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Your dashboard shows your current plan, price, billing frequency, next payment amount and date, and how to cancel. For annual plans we will send a reminder before renewal.
8. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered (for example a 7-day free trial of Coach Access), you are not charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the price shown at checkout. Free trials are available once per customer.
9. Immediate access
Your subscription benefits may become available immediately after purchase. At checkout we ask you to expressly request immediate supply and to acknowledge the consequences for your statutory cancellation rights. This is separate from accepting these terms and from marketing consent.
10. Digital content
Parts of Football Coach Hub, such as drill descriptions and downloadable session plans, may be digital content. Where you have requested immediate supply and given the required acknowledgement, your right to cancel may be affected once supply has begun, as permitted by law.
11. Services
Parts of Football Coach Hub, such as the session builder and matchday planner, may be a service. If you cancel a service within a statutory cooling-off period after asking for it to start, you may have to pay for the service supplied up to the point you tell us you are cancelling, as permitted by law.
12. Cancellation
You can cancel online at any time from your dashboard without contacting us, giving a reason or waiting for approval. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal. We will confirm the date your access ends on screen and by email. No further payment is taken after cancellation.
13. Statutory cancellation rights
You may have a legal right to cancel within a cooling-off period. You can exercise it using the "I wish to exercise my statutory cancellation rights" link on your dashboard or by contacting us. You do not need to give a reason and no cancellation fee applies. We will assess the refund you are entitled to under UK consumer law, which may take account of content or services already supplied.
14. Refunds
Ordinary cancellation does not normally result in a refund or credit for unused time in your current paid subscription period. Refunds are provided where the law requires them, for duplicate or incorrect payments, and occasionally as goodwill at our discretion. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
15. Access after cancellation
After cancelling you keep access until the end of your paid period. When it ends, subscription-only features are removed and your account returns to the free plan. We do not delete your account or saved sessions, and you can resubscribe at any time.
16. Content and intellectual property
All drill descriptions, instructions and platform content belong to Football Coach Hub. You may print and share session plans with your own coaching team, but not resell or republish our content. You remain responsible for player safety, risk assessment, supervision and safeguarding at all sessions.
17. Acceptable use
Do not share your account, scrape the drill library, or upload content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
18. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will try to give notice of planned maintenance.
19. Changes to the service
We may update features and content as the platform develops. We will not make changes that materially reduce what your plan includes during a period you have paid for without telling you and, where appropriate, offering a remedy.
20. Price changes
We will never silently increase the price of an existing subscription. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
21. Complaints
If you are unhappy, please contact us through the Contact page. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
22. Liability
We are not liable for injury or loss arising from the use of any drill or session plan, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
23. Your statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
24. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
