- 1. Players dribble through as many different gates as possible in 90 seconds.
- 2. The same gate cannot be used twice in a row.
- 3. Between rounds players share the route that worked best.
- 4. The spare player joins whichever side has the ball, so the attack always works with a plus-one.
- 5. A goal or completed end action counts double if the spare player touched the ball in the build-up.

Setup
- 1Ten two-yard gates scattered randomly in a 26 x 26 yards area.
- 2Split the group so the attacking side always has one spare player, and park the spare bibs on the halfway cone.
- 3A ball each, bibs for any defenders.
