Underload Gate Hunt Dribble — Cone maze — dribble in traffic · 20 x 20 yards

Step 1 of 5Players dribble through as many different gates as possible in 90 seconds.

  2. 2. The same gate cannot be used twice in a row.
  3. 3. Between rounds players share the route that worked best.
  4. 4. The attacking group starts a player short, so every entry pass has to be sharp.
  5. 5. Defenders score a point for every clean turnover; attackers need three clean end actions to win the round.
  • Cones mark the area
  • Scattered cones = obstacles / targets
  • Ball
  • Solid arrow = pass, thick = shot, dashed = run / dribble
