Step 1 of 5Teams can score in either of the two goals they attack.
- 1. Teams can score in either of the two goals they attack.
- 2. Play restarts from the coach the moment a ball goes out.
- 3. Rolling substitutions keep the game flowing.
- 4. Coach serves a loose ball into the middle and both teams react to win it.
- 5. On every turnover the winning team has six seconds to attack the opposite target.

Setup
- 1A pitch with two mini goals to attack on each end line in a 40 x 34 yards area.
- 2Mark a second target area at the opposite end so the practice can flip direction instantly.
- 3Balls with the coach, two sets of bibs.
