Step 1 of 5Teams can score in either of the two goals they attack.
- 1. Teams can score in either of the two goals they attack.
- 2. Play restarts from the coach the moment a ball goes out.
- 3. Rolling substitutions keep the game flowing.
- 4. As soon as one sequence ends, the next server plays in without waiting.
- 5. Run 4-minute blocks and count total completed sequences as a squad score.

Setup
- 1A pitch with two mini goals to attack on each end line in a 36 x 30 yards area.
- 2Load a ball at each starting station so the next rep can begin immediately.
- 3Balls with the coach, two sets of bibs.
