Setup

  1. 1A shooting zone marked 22-28 yards from goal in a 35 x 30 yards area.

  • -Get the shot down and on target
  • -Only shoot when the lane is clear
  • -First touch out of the feet and into the direction of the next pass

Common mistakes

  • -Shooting from impossible angles
  • -Ball bouncing before the strike
  • -Taking a settling touch that kills the tempo
