Setup

  1. 1A shooting zone marked 22-28 yards from goal in a 37 x 32 yards area.

  • -Get the shot down and on target
  • -Only shoot when the lane is clear
  • -Pass with pace and intent — under-hit passes cost the clock

Common mistakes

  • -Shooting from impossible angles
  • -Ball bouncing before the strike
  • -Slow, sideways passing that burns the clock
