Setup

  • -Get the shot down and on target
  • -Only shoot when the lane is clear
  • -Follow your pass — the movement is part of the practice

Common mistakes

  • -Shooting from impossible angles
  • -Ball bouncing before the strike
  • -Staying in a favourite role and avoiding the harder one
