- 1. Attacker starts with the ball and attacks the defender in the lane.
- 2. Attacker scores in the far goal, defender scores by winning it and hitting the near goal.
- 3. Players swap roles after each duel and rotate lanes.
- 4. The spare player joins whichever side has the ball, so the attack always works with a plus-one.
- 5. A goal or completed end action counts double if the spare player touched the ball in the build-up.

Setup
- 1A lane with a mini goal at each end in a 24 x 16 yards area.
- 2Split the group so the attacking side always has one spare player, and park the spare bibs on the halfway cone.
