  2. 2. Every turnover starts a five-second attacking window.
  3. 3. Goals in the window count double.
  4. 4. Ball enters from the coach and the first receiver is on two touches from that moment.
  5. 5. Count completed sequences under the touch limit — best of three 3-minute rounds.

Setup

  1. 1A pitch with mini goals at both ends and a coach ball supply on the side in a 36 x 28 yards area.
  2. 2Place a marker at every receiving position so players know where to set the ball before it arrives.
  3. 3Balls with the coach, two sets of bibs.

  • -First thought forward after winning it
  • -Nearest player presses after losing it
  • -Recognise when the counter is off
  • -First touch out of the feet and into the direction of the next pass

Common mistakes

  • -Slow reaction to the turnover
  • -Everybody attacking with no cover
  • -Taking a settling touch that kills the tempo
