  2. 2. The ball must be passed into the zone, not dribbled in.
  3. 3. Restart immediately from the conceding team.
  4. 4. Ball enters from the coach and the first receiver is on two touches from that moment.
  5. 5. Count completed sequences under the touch limit — best of three 3-minute rounds.

Setup

  1. 1A pitch with a three-yard end zone at each end in a 34 x 24 yards area.
