Step 1 of 5Take three kicks from each zone in turn.
- 1. Take three kicks from each zone in turn.
- 2. Central zones are struck at goal, wide zones are delivered.
- 3. Runners attack every delivery.
- 4. Play starts at station one and the ball works round the numbers in order.
- 5. Every player must complete each role once before the round is scored.

- -Rehearse the routine with a wall in place
Setup
- 1Three marked free kick zones around the edge of the area with a pole wall in a 32 x 28 yards area.
- 2Number every station so players know exactly where they travel to next.
- 3Balls at each zone, poles for the wall, keeper in goal.
