  3. 3. Runners attack every delivery.
  4. 4. The first pass must go into the bounce player before the practice opens up.
  5. 5. A sequence only scores when three different players have touched the ball.

Setup

  1. 1Three marked free kick zones around the edge of the area with a pole wall in a 36 x 32 yards area.
  2. 2Add a neutral bounce player on each side line inside a marked yard-wide channel.
  3. 3Balls at each zone, poles for the wall, keeper in goal.

Common mistakes

  • -Blasting every free kick
  • -No runners on the delivery
  • -Two players combining over and over while the third stands still
