- 3. The receiving zone must take a controlled first touch forwards.
- 4. Coach serves a loose ball into the middle and both teams react to win it.
- 5. On every turnover the winning team has six seconds to attack the opposite target.

Setup
- 1A wide grid split into three vertical zones in a 42 x 32 yards area.
- 2Mark a second target area at the opposite end so the practice can flip direction instantly.
- 3Balls in each wide zone, two sets of bibs.

- -Head up to spot the far-side space early
- -Switch with a driven pass, not a loop
- -Far-side player stays wide and high
- -First reaction after the turnover decides the moment — forward or secure
Common mistakes
- -Switching straight into pressure
- -Far side drifting inside too early
- -Stopping to appeal instead of reacting to the turnover
