Setup

  1. 1A rebound board with a working zone marked in front of it in a 18 x 14 yards area.
  2. 2Set a goal at the end of the area with a keeper or a target zone if no keeper is available.
  3. 3Two balls per player and a rebound board.

  • -Head up before the strike — pick the side, then commit

Common mistakes

  • -Standing too close to the board
  • -Rushing the shot and leaning back over the ball
