- 1. Attack 3v2, on a goal or a defensive win the direction flips instantly.
- 2. Two new defenders enter from the side each time it flips.
- 3. Continuous for eight minutes.

Objectives
- -Break at speed in an overload
- -Make the right pass at the right moment
- -Defend and delay while outnumbered
Setup

Coaching instructions

Coaching points
- -Run forward with the ball when space is ahead
- -Runners stay wide to stretch the two defenders
- -Release the pass before the defender commits
- -Defenders delay centrally, never both press the ball
Common mistakes
- -Over-passing instead of driving forward
- -Support runners too close to the ball
- -Defenders diving in and being beaten
