Setup
- 1Rebound board or wall with two cones as a target gate.
- 2Player starts 8 yards from the board.
- 3Two balls so work never stops.
Coaching instructions

Coaching points
- -Ankle locked, contact through the middle of the ball
- -Receive across the body on the back foot
- -Aim at a specific target on the board, not just at it
- -Keep the rhythm quick between touches
