- 2. Start on unlimited touches and reduce to two.
- 3. Rotate the defender every 60 seconds.
- 4. Everyone starts moving on the whistle and keeps flowing without stopping.

Setup
- 1Small rondo circles of five or six players in a 14 x 14 yards area.
