  3. 3. Roles swap on every rep.
  4. 4. Every sequence starts with a pass out and ends with a strike on goal.
  5. 5. Goals score one, first-time finishes score two, and rebounds must be followed in.

Setup

  1. 1A narrow channel with a mini goal at the far end in a 24 x 14 yards area.
  2. 2Set a goal at the end of the area with a keeper or a target zone if no keeper is available.
  3. 3Balls at the start line, bibs for defenders.

  • -Get the front foot across
  • -Win the ball, then protect it
  • -Head up before the strike — pick the side, then commit

Common mistakes

  • -Pulling or holding the attacker
  • -Diving in from behind
  • -Rushing the shot and leaning back over the ball
