- 2. Striker turns with one touch and shoots with the second.
- 3. Alternate the turning side each rep.
- 4. Coach serves a loose ball into the middle and both teams react to win it.
- 5. On every turnover the winning team has six seconds to attack the opposite target.

Objectives

Setup
- 1A receiving cone 20 yards out facing away from goal in a 34 x 28 yards area.
- 2Mark a second target area at the opposite end so the practice can flip direction instantly.
- 3Balls with the server, keeper in goal.
