  2. 2. The winner takes a touch and finishes at the target.
  3. 3. Alternate who starts as the chaser.
  4. 4. Ball enters from the coach and the first receiver is on two touches from that moment.
  5. 5. Count completed sequences under the touch limit — best of three 3-minute rounds.

Setup

  1. 1Pairs facing each other over a start line with a target 15 yards away in a 22 x 10 yards area.
  2. 2Place a marker at every receiving position so players know where to set the ball before it arrives.
