Transition Reaction Sprint Pairs — Pairs facing each other · 28 x 16 yards
Step 1 of 5Coach cue releases one player to sprint and the other to chase.
- 1. Coach cue releases one player to sprint and the other to chase.
- 2. The winner takes a touch and finishes at the target.
- 3. Alternate who starts as the chaser.
- 4. Coach serves a loose ball into the middle and both teams react to win it.
- 5. On every turnover the winning team has six seconds to attack the opposite target.

Setup
- 1Pairs facing each other over a start line with a target 15 yards away in a 28 x 16 yards area.
- 2Mark a second target area at the opposite end so the practice can flip direction instantly.
