Setup

  • -Lower the hips to decelerate
  • -Plant on the outside foot
  • -Push off hard on the way back
  • -Attack the outside shoulder and deliver early rather than over-dribbling

Common mistakes

  • -Rounding the turn instead of planting
  • -Working through fatigue
  • -Everything funnelling into a crowded middle
