Step 1 of 5Player sprints to a called cone, plants and returns to the middle.
- 1. Player sprints to a called cone, plants and returns to the middle.
- 2. Every third rep finishes with a pass off the central ball.
- 3. Rest twice as long as each work rep.
- 4. The defender is released the moment the ball leaves the server's foot.
- 5. The working player scores by completing the action before pressure arrives; the defender scores by blocking it.

Setup
- 1Five cones in a cross pattern in a 18 x 18 yards area.
- 2Position a recovering defender behind each working player, starting two yards back.
