- 1. The back zone must beat the first line with a pass into the middle zone.

- 3. A completed three-zone sequence scores a point.
- 4. The spare player joins whichever side has the ball, so the attack always works with a plus-one.

Objectives
- -Break the opposition line with a forward pass

Setup
- 1Three horizontal zones with a defensive line between each in a 44 x 34 yards area.
- 2Split the group so the attacking side always has one spare player, and park the spare bibs on the halfway cone.
- 3Balls in the back zone, two sets of bibs.
