Setup

  1. 1A goal with three service cones in an arc in front of it in a 20 x 14 yards area.
  2. 2Set a visible timer or have an assistant count aloud from the side of the area.
  3. 3A supply of balls at each service cone.

  • -Pass with pace and intent — under-hit passes cost the clock

Common mistakes

  • -Moving as the ball is struck
  • -Slow, sideways passing that burns the clock
