- 1. Player strikes the board and controls the return with a named surface.
- 2. Every fifth rep the return must be controlled and turned away from the board.
- 3. Alternate feet each set.
- 4. The attacking group starts a player short, so every entry pass has to be sharp.

Setup
- 1A rebound board with a working zone marked in front of it in a 12 x 8 yards area.
- 2Add one extra defender to the working area and mark their start position with a flat cone.
- 3Two balls per player and a rebound board.

- -Cushion the ball into the direction you want to travel
- -Set the feet before the ball returns
- -Both feet get equal reps
- -Protect the ball and wait for the second runner rather than forcing it

- -Trying to beat two players instead of releasing early
