Setup

  1. 1A rebound board with a working zone marked in front of it in a 12 x 8 yards area.
  2. 2Position a recovering defender behind each working player, starting two yards back.
  3. 3Two balls per player and a rebound board.

  • -Feel the pressure with your body, take the touch away from the defender

Common mistakes

  • -Letting the ball bounce twice
  • -Standing too close to the board
  • -Facing your own goal and getting trapped by the press
