Setup

  1. 1Two facing lines six yards apart with a ball in the middle in a 18 x 12 yards area.
  2. 2Set a visible timer or have an assistant count aloud from the side of the area.
  3. 3One ball per pair.

  • -Follow through and take the ball away
  • -Pass with pace and intent — under-hit passes cost the clock

Common mistakes

  • -Soft ankle causing injury risk
  • -Tackling with the toe
  • -Slow, sideways passing that burns the clock
