- 2. The finish must be taken inside three seconds of the rebound.
- 3. Any loose ball stays live until it leaves the area.
- 4. The attacking group starts a player short, so every entry pass has to be sharp.
- 5. Defenders score a point for every clean turnover; attackers need three clean end actions to win the round.

Setup
- 1A rebound board angled beside the penalty area in a 26 x 22 yards area.
