  2. 2. Ten consecutive passes wins the round.
  3. 3. The defender who wins the ball swaps with the player who lost it.
  4. 4. As soon as one sequence ends, the next server plays in without waiting.
  5. 5. Run 4-minute blocks and count total completed sequences as a squad score.

Setup

  1. 1A rondo circle with defenders in the middle in a 14 x 14 yards area.

  • -Split the defenders when the gap appears
  • -Support at an angle, not flat
  • -Reset fast — the value is in the volume of good reps

Common mistakes

  • -Long queues while balls are collected
