Objectives

Setup
- 1A defensive zone in front of goal with a serving cone 12 yards away in a 26 x 20 yards area.
- 2Place a marker at every receiving position so players know where to set the ball before it arrives.
- 3Soft, correctly inflated balls only — keep total headers low.
