  2. 2. On a regain the defenders counter the other way against the next wave.
  3. 3. Continuous for ten minutes.
  4. 4. Extra points for playing into marked pockets between the lines before finishing.

Objectives

Setup

  1. 1Goals at both ends with keepers.

Coaching instructions

  • -Find the pocket on the back foot of the defender

  • -Slow first pass
  • -Attackers running in straight lines
  • -Overplaying near the box
