Coaching instructions

Coaching points
- -Ankle locked, toe slightly up
- -Keep the ball at knee height
- -Stay relaxed and breathe
- -Scan over the shoulder as the ball travels
- -Head up early so the picture is taken pre-touch
Common mistakes
- -Kicking the ball too high
- -Standing rigid and off balance
- -Only using the strong foot
