Objectives
- -Mix short passes with a longer switch
- -Strike a driven ball with accuracy

Setup
- 1Two short passing stations on each side, wide targets on both touchlines.
- 2Balls at both starting stations.
- 3Cones mark the switch corridor.
Coaching instructions
- 1Two short passes then a driven switch to the far side.
- 2Receiver controls across the body and repeats back.
- 3Rotate positions after five reps.
- 4The ball must reach the end action inside six seconds or the rep restarts.
Coaching points
- -Non-kicking foot alongside the ball for the drive
- -Strike through the middle of the ball to keep it low
- -First touch across the body into space
- -Pass with pace and intent
- -Move before the ball arrives, not after
